Challenge:

A large German healthcare company serves numerous psychotherapists and has had difficulties with telephone appointments where patients call the company directly.

Solution:

After a design phase lasting several weeks, a solution was developed that ensures the protection of sensitive medical data. Two-factor authentication (2FA) enables patients to securely book, adjust and cancel appointments and download relevant documents without the reason for the appointment being mentioned in the notification.

Result:

By working closely with the healthcare company, a solution was created in which all relevant documents and patient data can be managed securely and by the healthcare company. This ensures data protection-compliant and efficient appointment management. From now on, patients can book appointments online at any time and are no longer restricted by the company’s opening hours. Online booking allows patients to view appointments securely and make adjustments if necessary.
